PPM contracts: Your service contract can be tailored to your specific requirements including the option of longer-term contracts, from 1 to 5 years. All adhering to industry standard SFG 20.
Specialist generator controls servicing: Through our sister company Bells Control Systems, we offer specialist controls servicing, including SCADA and PLC control systems. We also have extensive installation knowledge of these complex systems.
Emergency call out scheme: To ensure total peace of mind, we offer a 24/7 emergency call out service with a guaranteed 4 hour minimum response time.
Sampling: We provide an oil, fuel, and coolant sampling service. Tested by an independent laboratory to ascertain the integrity of the fluids and whether an oil change, fuel polish or coolant change may be required, this ensures that your generator set performs at optimum efficiency.
Load bank testing: We can load bank test your generator set on site, all sizes can be tested from 10 KW to 2,000 KW+. We have extensive experience in multiple generator load bank testing, ensuring generator set load capability and synchronisation is operating as required.

Regular load bank testing ensures your generator set is running at optimum efficiency and helps identify any potential problems the set may encounter whilst running under live load. Regular testing also helps prove oil and fuel pressures, clear dirt and exhaust build up from within the system thus increasing the performance of the generator.

Our validation surveys can help identify issues found either by site staff or from our PPM contract visits, we can then work with client to rectify these problems and provide a remedial solution to ensure the set is up and running with the least amount of downtime.
